NO. According to ACP regulations, safety is the top priority. The Organising Committee (OC) will check equipment at the start line. Without a front light, rear light (steady mode), or reflective vest, you will NOT be allowed to start.

Any human-powered bicycle is accepted (Road, MTB, Touring, Folding bike, Tandem), provided it is in safe mechanical condition (working brakes, tyres not excessively worn). Motor-assisted bicycles (e-bikes) are NOT permitted.

The Audax spirit is self-sufficiency. Riders must carry basic repair tools (spare tube, pump, multitool). Fellow riders may assist you.

Yes, but support vehicles may only meet riders AT OFFICIAL CHECKPOINTS (CPs) and Report to organizer when you collect brevet . Receiving support (food, clothing, repairs) on the road between CPs is a violation and may result in time penalties or DNF.

You must return to the exact point where you left the official route before continuing. Taking shortcuts to reach the next CP will invalidate your result. Always follow the official GPX file provided by the OC.

Technically, you are out of time. However, in cases of force majeure (e.g. assisting in an accident, road closures due to incidents), the Control Manager may allow you to continue. If not approved, you may still ride to the finish, but your result will not be submitted to ACP (France) for official homologation.

Unfortunately, without the Brevet card, there is no official proof of your route. You may still complete the ride, but your result cannot be officially validated. Please keep your Brevet card secure, preferably in a waterproof holder.

The registration opening time will be officially announced on the Audax Vietnam group (zalo and whatsapp) website and fanpage. Early registrations before the announced time will not be accepted.

The registration process consists of three mandatory steps:

1. Complete the online registration form with accurate personal details

2. Receive a confirmation email with your Order ID

3. Complete payment according to the OC’s instructions

Only registrations that complete all three steps will be considered valid.

• If you still cannot find the email, DO NOT make payment

• Contact the OC for verification and support

The OC is not responsible for payments made without a valid Order ID.

Payments without or with incorrect Order IDs may:

• Be delayed in confirmation

• Be considered invalid

• Or result in registration cancellation if verification is not possible

The rider is fully responsible in such cases.

NO. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.
Any attempt to transfer a registration will result in cancellation and blacklisting by Audax Randonneurs Vietnam.

Your registration is confirmed when:

• Your payment is successfully verified

• Your name appears on the official rider list

The list will be published on the website or fanpage prior to the event.
